1. Important Dates for Enrolment Services

2. How to Access Enrolment Services
To access and request enrolment services, visit ICSI SMASH Portal. Follow these steps:
Changing Examination Centre, Module Combination, or Medium of Examination
- Login to the SMASH Portal.
- Go to MODULE > ENROLMENT > EXAMINATION ENROLLMENT REQUEST.
- Select APPLY FOR ENROLMENT SERVICES.
- Choose the required service (Center/Module/Medium Change) and click NEXT.
- Check the Disclaimer box, then Proceed to Payment Gateway.
- Select your Payment Mode, complete the payment, and Submit.
Changing Optional Subject
- Login to the SMASH Portal.
- Navigate to MODULE > STUDENT SERVICES > CHANGE OPTIONAL SUBJECT.
- Select the new optional subject, then Save.
- Proceed to the Payment Gateway, select your payment mode, and Submit.
Cancelling Exemption Request
- Login to the SMASH Portal.
- Go to MODULE > SUBJECT EXEMPTION > EXEMPTED SUBJECTS.
- Check the box of the subject you wish to cancel, then select Cancel Exemption.
Re-submitting Documents for Exemption on Higher Qualifications
- Login to the SMASH Portal.
- Navigate to MODULE > SUBJECT EXEMPTION > QUALIFICATION BASED EXEMPTION REQUEST.
- Click on the checkbox for the required subject, choose the document type, upload your file, and click Resubmit.
3. Additional Fees
- Fee per Change: ₹250/- (for Centre, Module, Medium, or Optional Subject changes).
- Surcharge for Dubai Centre: An additional US$ 100 or ₹8396/- is applicable for requests to change the exam center to Dubai, along with the standard ₹250 fee.
4. Key Reminders
- Changes to the number of modules or changing the exam center within the same city (if multiple centers exist) are not allowed.
- All requests submitted after the cut-off date and time (20th November 2024, 16:00 Hours) will be automatically rejected without further notification.
