About CSEET
CSEET is the First level of the Company Secretary Course ICSI introduces CS Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) in place of CS Foundation Programme. All the students seeking admission in the Company Secretary Course including graduates/ postgraduates, etc. shall be required to qualify for the CSEET Passing of CS Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) is mandatory for all candidates to register for CS Executive Programme, except for a few exempted categories of candidates.
Eligibility
Eligibility or Qualification to registration for CS Executive Entrance Test or CSEET: Students who passed/appeared in the Senior Secondary (10+2) Examination or equivalent thereto is eligible to appear in the CSEET. All Graduates and Post Graduates who are eligible for registration directly to CS Executive Programme, are exempted CSEET Exam.
Exemptions from CSEET
Candidates eligible for direct registration to the CS Executive Programme, including all graduates and postgraduates, are exempted from the CSEET. Additionally, individuals who have passed the Final Examination of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and/or The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) are also exempted from CSEET. Such candidates must pay an exemption fee of ₹5,000 at the time of registration for the CS Executive Programme.

Registration Fee
The registration fee for appearing in the CSEET is ₹2,000 (Rupees Two Thousand Only) per student per attempt. A 50% concession on the registration fee is applicable for students belonging to SC/ST categories, as well as for physically handicapped individuals shall apply to various categories of students.

Passing Criteria
CSEET Examination Passing Criteria: Students be declared ‘PASS’ in CSEET on securing 40% marks in each paper and (100/200) 50% marks in the aggregate. There will be no negative marking in the CSEET
Declaration of Result CSEET
Results of the CS Executive Entrance Test or CS-EET Examination conducted in the month of January May July and November will be declared within one week of the CSEET Examination.
