ICAI CA Foundation Exam Dates Announced

Exciting News for Aspiring Chartered Accountants!

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has officially announced the dates for the upcoming CA Foundation examination. The exams are scheduled to take place on 12th, 14th, 16th, and 18th January 2025.

Important Notes:

• The exam syllabus is based on the scheme notified by the ICAI under Regulation 25 F of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988.
• Papers 3 and 4 of the Foundation Examination will have a duration of 2 hours, while all other exams will be 3 hours long.
• There will be no change in the examination schedule, even if any day is declared a public holiday.

Exam Timings (IST):

• Foundation Paper 1 & 2: 2 PM to 5 PM
• Paper 3 & 4: 2 PM to 4 PM
• Intermediate All Papers: 2 PM to 5 PM

Advance Reading Time:

• An advance reading time of 15 minutes will be given from 1:45 PM to 2 PM (IST) for all papers except Paper 3 and 4 of the Foundation Examination.
• There will be no advance reading time for MCQs based Question Papers in composite papers.
