ICSI CS Result Announcement: December 2024 Examination

The much-awaited results of the Company Secretary (CS) Professional Programme and Executive Programme for both Syllabus 2017 and Syllabus 2022 are set to be declared on Tuesday, 25th February 2025. Aspiring CS professionals can now gear up to check their performance as per the official announcement made by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Result Declaration Schedule

The results will be declared as per the following time slots:

• Professional Programme (Syllabus 2017 & 2022) – 11:00 AM
• Executive Programme (Syllabus 2017 & 2022) – 02:00 PM

Students can access their subject-wise marks break-up on the official website of ICSI: www.icsi.edu as soon as the results are announced.

How to Check Your CS Result?

1. Visit the ICSI official website: www.icsi.edu.
2. Click on the Result Section.
3. Enter your Roll Number and Registration Number.
4. View and download your subject-wise marks statement.

E-Result and Mark Sheets

• Executive Programme candidates can download their e-Result-cum-Marks Statement from the website after the result is declared. No physical copies will be sent.
• Professional Programme candidates will receive their Result-cum-Marks Statement at their registered postal address. If not received within 30 days, they should contact ICSI at exam@icsi.edu with their details.

• The CS Professional & Executive Programme (Syllabus 2022) exams will be held from 1st June 2025 to 10th June 2025.
